  1. What if I miss a conferencing session? Am I entitled to a rebate?

    2. No. We have priced these sessions to be as cost effective as possible. This necessitates having a number of participants per committee. Remember, you will have access to meeting notes and all handouts along with the ability to ‘catch-up’ with your facilitator during then next monthly session.

  2. How do I know who will be my facilitator? Do I have a choice?

    3. Yes, you do. We will do all we can to accommodate who you would like to facilitate your group at the time of registration. Sometimes this is not possible owing to workloads. However, you will not have to proceed with registration of an acceptable facilitator is not available.

  3. How do I know if the Individual Coaching for Effectiveness will afford me the opportunity to have my questions answered?
